Tech report: Rafael Mendes Teaches a Kimura Variation From Side Control

Six times black belt world champion Rafael Mendes is getting ready to step on the mats in long Beach in a little more than two weeks and try to win his seventh gold medal at the Worlds. The training routine at Art of Jiu-Jitsu academy is non-stop and it is hard to doubt that Rafa will be ready to go when the moment comes.
