Wand Fight Team Head Coach Teaches 5 Drills To Sharpen Your Jiu-Jitsu From Home

The best way to practice Jiu-Jitsu is with a training partner.  However, during the COVID-19 quarantine, with all gyms closed to contain the sprayed of the virus, many people are just training from home to stay in shape.  In “The Gentle Art”, however, a good way to keep the Jiu-Jitsu sharp is by practicing some drills, a repetition of exercises that can be done by yourself or with a training partner.

Head coach of Wand Fight Team, the Judo and Jiu-Jitsu black belt Leandro Lorenço, shows five drills that you can practice by yourself wherever you are.  The exercises can help you to stay in shape and improve even your Jiu-Jitsu skills.
